How UN-American!!
He's supposed to be defined by his VIC-timhood til the end of time - so that he can be exploited by Liberals to attack our Nation.
How DARE he "get on with his life"??

I was sort of surprised to read that too.
Fourth wife. We know he was a widower by Barbara. The article doesn't mention the first two. :)

Most lawyers I know have a hard time staying married. The spouses say they are too argumentative. They have to argue to death and win every minor point.

Good for Ted! Congratulations to the new couple.
His wife, Barbara Olson, had her life snuffed out by Islamic murderers on September 11th, 2001.
Ted loved her very much.
She was a FReeper, named "BKO" - her initials. She was always funny, brilliant, and considerate on this board.
I still remember an article R. Emmett Tyrrell wrote about going to Ted Olson's house in Washington DC after her funeral. Many noted Conservatives and powerful Republicans were there. Ted had a picture of Barbara on the kitchen counter top, and was pouring wine for the guests. When Tyrrell approached him, Ted smiled a sad smile and said "No long faces." What courage and bravery.

"More than 300 guests attended the midafternoon ceremony on the golf course, including Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, former justice Sandra Day O'Connor, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, legal commentators Victoria Toensing and Joe diGenova, NPR's Nina Totenberg, legal names such as Robert Bork, Kenneth Starr, David Boise, and Olson's law partner Bill Kilberg. U.S. Appeals Court Judge Laurence Silberman performed the ceremony, and Wall Street Journal Publisher Gordon Crovitz served as best man.
This is Booth's first marriage and Olson's fourth. The couple will honeymoon in Hawaii."
Maybe four is his lucky number.

Saw Ted on some of the shows after 9-11. He was devastated. Luck and happiness for the new couple.

"...his wife, conservative commentator Barbara Olson, was killed ..."
Barbara Olson and the three thousand others were not killed. They were murdered. The PC media can not even bring itself to use the correct and accurate verb. Scum.

On Sept. 11, 2001 -- his 61st birthday -- his wife, conservative commentator Barbara Olson, was killed when American Airlines Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon. His personal loss became part of the public narrative of the tragedy,Gee, how did this tragic plane crash into the Pentagon happen? Zero-visibility fog? Wind shears? Ice forming on the flaps of the wings? </sarcasm>

Ted Olson died inside the day that Islamic terrorists murdered his wife so brutally along with some ~3,000 other innocent victims.
I'm glad he's been able to move forward.
And I pray that Barbara is comforted by this, too.
