It was a UK plot, but this made me think of it. It was related to the threats against US financial institutions involving limos, IIRC, from a few years back.
Something about the threat doesn't ring true - why would they plan on attacking 1 p.m. and 415 p.m. games?
Presumably, if the attacks on the east coast took place, the games in the west would be stopped before much of a crowd arrived at the stadium.
Given how 9/11 went down, I just don't see it - (which is not to say that the Republicans made the theat up, etc...)
