Dimocrats don't have an idea of their own. They look for ways to shaft it to the voters and blame Bush.

Vote early and vote often because you know there will be many districts with more votes than voters. AND VOTE WITH PRESIDENT BUSH!!!

I think of the old. . . 'Don't Get Angry - Get Even!'

Works for me; and getting even is NOT helping any Demrat; either by not voting and/or . . .voting for one.

Good grief. . .just heard on Fox the speculation that Dems may fare better; because they have more 'good looking' candidates.

That surely is novel for them; but ANYone who decides on a candidate because of his looks. . .deserves to be hit by truck on their way to the polls.

Don't want them injured. . .really. . .just not able to get there by closing bell.

The notion of any middle ground should be effectively put to rest by now. Show me a moderate in either political camp, and I’ll show you a politician without power. You won’t even recognize their name. They are sidelined, sitting on the bench, ineffective and unable to make any difference at all. They are waiting for their term to end to go home or planning their defection to an Independent status, like Joe Lieberman.

HELL YEAH!

I do hope that the Christian conservative community can see what is obvious; that the media has launched a deliberate campaign to demoralize them, and to depress their turnout. There is absolutely no excuse for those concerned about values sitting this one out in some misguided attempt to punish the GOP and send a message. Justice Stevens or Ginsburg could very well retire in the next two years, and that would mean we have a chance to (if Roberts and Alito turn out as promised) finally right the Court. If however, the Dems control the Senate, then a conservative nominee will be filibustered. And even if the GOP retains a slim majority, a filibuster may still succeed, though at least then we'd have a chance.

And all those concerned about President Bush and the Senate's far left immigration agenda should remember that the only reason that awful McKennedy bill isn't law right now is because of the steadfastness of the House.

Yes, the GOP has screwed up a lot of things. Yes, power corrupts, but the alternative is sufficiently frightening, and they have done enough good things, to warrant conservatives and Republicans sending them back to Congress.

I reread the whole article and damned if I could see even 1 concrete example of republicans being "angry".

I did see wishful thinking and a lot of maybe and if, but no anger.

course, he also didn't mention a maybe that there is anger at the Rats for, well....just being RATS.

The DNC has a better chance of winning the mega-lotto.

I'm ticked off, but not blind. This ex-democrat green can see quite well that the democrat party is far, far, far worse than anything in the GOP.

(It's a Hobson's Choice at best..)

I smell fear in the air and I'm thinking the GOP is going to wipe the floor with the dems in a couple of weeks. Then I wonder what the MSM will try to spin?

And I should have pointed out that even though the Senate did pass the awful amnesty bill, almost all of the opposition in that body came from conservative Republicans, like Talent, Santorum, and even Burns. So losing them would almost certainly mean three less votes to make the superior House approach law.

To: PghBaldy; All

Noone could possibly match my ANGER as a Republican. I am so ANGRY I could spit nails. While our sons and daughters bleed and die for our liberties and freedoms, the DEMONCRATS try to spin their BULLSH*T, and are helped by the ILL-LIBERAL MSM. All for the sake of reaquiring some power they think is OWED TO THEM by the American People, just because they are who they are. Each time they open their mouths our enemies salivate in anticipation of the division that is being created by these cretins. Each new trashing of America comment that flys out of their ignorant mouths helps our enemies and hurts our troops. As far as I'm concerned, they should all rot in hell for committing treason against our great nation. If they don't like what this country stands for, they can leave and go find the peace they seek with their Islamo-facists friends (and I'll help them pack).

Oh, yes -- the voting machines from Venezuela with no paper trail and no verification on how they were programmed! Thank God we are not using them here. We use the old fashioned fill in the circle with a black marking pen and run through a scanner method.

"Easy. The Diebold lie."

After having their empty heads filled with this for going on four elections now, they're going to go completely over the cliff ... I'm thinking riots. Seriously.

Hey, SoldierDad. My nephew just returned from his second tour in Iraq. We're very proud of him. Good for you for having raised your children right.

I sure hope you're right! I'm holding my nose when I vote for DeWhine here in Ohio.

Whatever happens, I do hope the pubbies get the message and get back on the conservative track. The drunken liberal policies they have pushed the last 6 years is THE reason why the base has become so disgusted with the party.

I talk to as many liberals as I do Conservatives and the Conservatives are mad. They are fighting mad at the MSM and the Dems. I've never seed them this mad in years. I am trying to find a republican whose not voting. Where are these so called Republicans? Who are they? If we get 50% turnout this year it will be a landslide. I don't know too many republicans that believe in these phony polls.
