It is Tuesday, so I must be on the way to Pennsylvania.
Here's the podcast of last night's interview with Colorado's next governor Bob Beauprez. If you know a voter in Colorado, send him or her the link to the podcast and urge them to listen to Congressman Beauprez talk about his state, the issues it faces, and his opponent, Plea Bargain Bill Ritter.
Now I'm off to Philly, to a 6 PM broadcast and Townhall.com rally with Rick Santorum. (Bob Casey is welcome to appear as well and have an on air debate, but Casey doen't like to say too much in public, and anyone who saw last week's debate knows why.)
Santorum has continued his steady surge (Rasmussen puts it "neck and neck" and that was before the debate in which Santorum clobbered Casey.) Send Santorum some help. It would be crazy to replace one of the Senate's most serious and eloquent leaders on the war, judges, and life with an empty suit with a pedigree.
For more on the race and last week's debate, see Dean's earlier post.
The difference between what Bedltway pundits say and what reporters see on the ground in these battleground states see is quite vast. Don't stop reading the polls and the pundits, but do understand that that, like Elway in Cleveland Stadium in '87, the GOP has the ball and plenty of time.
You can listen LIVE to Hugh Hewitt starting at 6pm ET from the website of his home studio at 870am KRLA -

He had on Donnelly and Beauprez yesterday and they were FABULOUS candidates!!
I agree.
If you are a liberal and call into to Hewitt's show without facts to back up a statement then total destruction is your destiny.
Thank God for Hugh Hewitt and all his energy and enthusiasm working for Republicans in these final weeks.
Santorum's remark about Iran is still getting news airplay. This might be the first time Santorum has made the national news during the present campaign.
Santorum by far is the most dedicated, well versed, coolest, solidly conservative politician in the country.
Not only that, but Sen. Rick shelacked that dullard scardy-cat Bobby Jr. whatz-hiz-name TWICE yesterday, first on a local news show here in Philly and later (I forget where it was held.
The best part was when Bobby the wimp tried to impugne Sen. Santorum for going to Florida to offer support to the Shindler family last year when their daughter Terri Shiavo was being starved to death.
Casey accused the Senator of grandstanding and sticking his nose where it don't belong.
Sen. Santorum's response was absolutely wonderful: He said to Casey: "You obviously don't even know that (Terri's family) are constituants of mine (they ARE from Pennsylvania). They were going through an extraordinaly tough time in their lives, and I simply went there to pray and comfort them."
With that, Casey went absolutely silent, obviously embarassed out of his wits.
Now that I'm done groveling, I am proud to say that Sen. Rick himself will reportedly be attending services at our rinky dinky local church here in Pennsylvania this Sunday. (the Pastor announced last week)
I'm reluctant to say where cause I don't want any fruitcakes coming to disrupt.
