Diana is quite the lady. I doubt street walking is her thing. ;*)
She did attend a pig roast yesterday. It was held at the end of the "John P Murtha Highway to Nowhere"
No kidding.....it looks just like this. I think there will be photos soon.
Diana gave an informal talk and was well received by all those in attendence.
One couple brought their WWII veteran uncle with them. He was so excited to meet Diana. He snagged a small bouquet of Red/White/Blue flowers that were adorning the tables to have when he met her.
Diana graciously posed for pictures with him and his tired, but gorgeous blue eyes opened wide and were sparkling. His smile said all that needed to be said.
His nephew and his wife said their uncle had been so excited about meeting her. He told me, paraphrasing, she needs to beat that fat old b-turd. (I need to start writing these things down. I am pretty close to a direct quote though.) It was a beautiful day and the pork and fixings were wonderful!
Thanks for the report, Justa! That highway must be the pride of the county! LOL!
Thanks for giving us a run down on the pig roast, Justa. Sounds like it was a big success.
My thanks also to the WWII veteran who was so thrilled to be there and meet Diana for his and all his brothers in arms for their service so long ago, they sacrificed a lot for all of us.
NO, Justa, there will be NO photos shown, UNLESS YOU PRY IT OUT OF THE CAMPAIGN STAFF!! I speak from experience.
That just don't sound right on this thread ... y'know?
Heh heh heh .. what a great thing to have happen for one of our forewarriors. Thanx for that ... and thank YOU, sir ..(standing and saluting ) .. for your service.
So now you tell us about the BBQ......?
She should hold the "mock debate" here and invite the media for "pickin's"!
Another contribution today.
I thow up every time I have to use that road!!!!!!!!!
