A Dr tells his patient, "I've got bad news and really bad news".
Patient says, "Give me the really bad news".
Doc says, "you've got AIDS"!
Patient replies, "AIDS? AIDS? OH MY GOD WHAT WILL EVERYONE THINK? I'M GOING TO DIE, MYYYY GODDDD!....What's the bad news?"
Doc says, "You've also got Alzheimer's!"
Patient says,"Alzheimer's? Whew, for a minute there I thought you were going to tell me I've got AIDS".
