Probably about the same as the number of small aircraft pilots that suffer a massive stroke or heart-attack while in the air, and it results in a crash -
...just depends on what area you are over at the time as to who else gets hurt on the ground.
My only point is that it is too early to say with any level of certainty that this was a "planned" event.

My only point is that it is too early to say with any level of certainty that this was a "planned" event. It could even be something so stupid as the pilot lived there and wanted to thrill the spouse with a fly-by and miscalculated.
