One fact remains clear...if Clinton, Albright, Carter hadn't given the North Koreans that nuclear technology plus the $4 billion to get them started in their quest to destroy America...Kim Jon-Il would not have any bombs to test or threaten its neighbors (Japan, South Korea, China).

So the author admits Clinton's Agreed Framework was a failure but insists it slowed down Li'l Kim's nuke program by switching him from plutonium to uranium. It's just that Bush so disrespected the Chia pet that he just had to crank things up again.

In 1999, the CIA stated that they had between 2 and 3 devices with more being made. BOTH REUFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE REPORT AND IGNORED THE REPORT... JUST LIKE THE PDA ON bin laden!
