Free Republic's Robinson A 'Coward' Says Dixie Chicks Rep [BAAAAAAARF]

Natalie Maines of the 'Dixie Chicks' created quite an uproar the night of the president's decision to declare war on Iraq in 2003. Maines stated that the Dixie Chicks as a whole were 'ashamed' of the Bush decision and Maines said she was "embarrassed he was from Texas."

The group refused to retract their statement, and instead responded to the criticism by releasing their new single 'Not Ready To Make Nice,' earlier this year.

According the New York Post's Page Six, The Chicks' biggest detractor, FreeRepublic.com founder Jim Robinson, reportedly declined to appear in their documentary, "Shut Up and Sing."

Page Six has more: 'Ken Sunshine, who reps the George Bush-bashing Chicks, calls him [Jim Robinson] "a coward. A real man would put his money where his mouth is, but this Robinson guy, he'd rather hide behind his keyboard than have a real discussion about his ideas . . . he's just a chicken[bleep] fraud."'

According to Robinson's rep, Kristinn Taylor, Robinson ducked the interview: "He told me to go ahead and do it."

But that's okay! They'll still use Free Republic as a bashing ground, and put them right up front in their previews to get attention! Since taking their clothes off didn't work!

I could see them cutting up the interview, and making Jim look like that nut from that baptist church the other night. Jim did the smartest thing he could in this circumstance. I'd like to know if his rep really said that "he ducked the interview"
