The Edumand kid getting a lawyer should dispel that. Someone that is innocent of being a victim only does not get a CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney.
If your son got caught from some stupid prank that he and his friends did years ago, and his name was splashed all over the internet, AND he hears the FBI is probably going to be interviewing him. Wouldn't you advise him to get an attorney?
