The Dems jumped on the phones with "Foley is a pedophile".
I'm trying to make a comparison with IMs with a "willing" page and Bubba with a "willing intern", in my house besides.
Let me preface this by saying I in no way approve of Foley. He is slime.
That being said, can any lawyers on the board comment on whether, if it turns out Foley was very careful and all contact of a sexual nature occurred with individuals 18 and over, whether Foley would have a cause of action against ABC and the DNC for representing him as "a pedophile" involved with "young boys"? Libel? Defamation of character?
