Although this is worthy of investigation, it in no way exonerates the GOP leadership for its lack of action when the leadership became aware of the e-mails.

Finally someone with a pair.
To: SolidSupplySide
Do you know the difference between the e-mails and the IM's?
If not, perhaps you should apologize and stop posting this kind of stoopid commentary...........

I can't recall you ever not being on the attack here against one GOP member or another. Quite a pattern.
To: SolidSupplySide
How many times do you have to be told?
They just found out about the e-mails when the story broke.

They were passed to a colleague of mine from a source, not someone from a Democratic campaign, a source on the Hill, Sauer told Democracy Now Tuesday. Was his name Armitage?

Although this is worthy of investigation, it in no way exonerates the GOP leadership for its lack of action when the leadership became aware of the e-mails. It would probably be helpful for you to actually read the emails. Those are what Hastert and Co. say they saw last year. Then, when you realize they (the emails) were basically innoculous, read the Instant Messages which Hastert and Co. say they saw for the first time last week and then told Foley he had to go.
I'd be interested in your pointing out to me what emails should have prompted Hastert to swing into "action" particularly since the FBI saw the same emails and weren't concerned in the least.

Do you know the difference between the e-mails and the IM's? Sure do. It is an outrage that the Democrats try to blur the distinction between the two. It is equally outrageous that Republicans believe that the emails alone weren't worthy of investigation.
Does anyone think the GOP leadership was right in not pursuing the emails any more vigorously than they did? Was that really the right thing to do?

McHenry is pretty gutsy. Maybe he is the new Jesse Helms from the great state of NC.

when you realize they (the emails) were basically innoculous I've read the emails. I find it shocking that you find them "innoculous" [sic]. As a parent, I can tell you that if a middle aged man sent those kinds of messages to my son, I would turn them over to the cops. I would not find such behavior innocuous.

If the RATS get control of Congress, there will be amnesty for illegals, higher taxes, impeachment hearings, Al Qaeda bill of rights... etc.
And you're sitting there whining like an effing troll about "lack of action when the leadership became aware of the e-mails"?

Fair enough...but, as I recall, I asked you to point out which ones brought about this reaction to you and so far you've simply reiterated the "Hastert Must Go" rhetoric. I don't think you've read them at all and I'll bet you're doing a quick search right now to cover your ass. Good luck.
