North Korea has been "selling wolf tickets" regarding its nuke capability for the last 15 years. It knows that whenever it moves a gantry or digs a tunnel, an American sattellite will take a picture of this activity for a nervous US government. It's time for North Korea to "blow up [an A-bomb] or shut up" once and for all. Frankly, I think all this talk of NK actually possessing nukes is a lot of Barbra Streisand.
