LITTLE ROCK In an appearance in Little Rock today, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright criticized the Bush administration's foreign policy as a "mess." Albright says the White House is ignoring other international problems by focusing solely on the Middle East. About 12-hundred people turned out at the Statehouse Convention Center to hear Albright speak. She served as Secretary of State and as Ambassador to the United Nations under President Bill Clinton. Today's appearance was sponsored by the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and the Clinton Foundation.

In her speech, Albright criticized Bush's foreign policy team and said the White House was practicing A-B-C, or "anything but Clinton" as their policy. Albright said Bush should have relied on Clinton as a negotiator in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and with North Korea.

"Albright said Bush should have relied on Clinton as a negotiator in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and with North Korea."

I guess her retirement perks allow her to buy the REALLY good crack.

Re-write that headline to:

Bush says Albright left a Mess

And he was not referring to her appearance...

I propose we just arrange a mud wrestling tournament between Albright and Helen Thomas and work all these little squabbles out.

Bush would be in trouble if anything he did was met with this old pelican's approval.

From the "woman" who tipped off Osama that we were coming...and who paid Kim Jong Mentally Ill $2 billion in protection money out of US taxpayer funds to get them to end their nuclear program. We see how well that worked out for the doddering old hag.

Couldn't work the Clinton Global Initiative into this? Who cares what this bat has to say on anyting, let alone foreign policy?

This press report could have elected to mention that it once was taboo for members of previous administrations to out-and-out criticize current administrations, especially on foreign policy.

Bush isn't the greatest at foreign policy, but who is she to criticize? Would she have preferred he concentrate on North Korea, maybe give them what they need to build the bomb?
