From a democratic perspective, one might argue that without McAuliffe, losses might have been far greater.

But that is just how they argue, mind you.

Still wondering how Terry turned his $100,000 "investment" in Global Crossing into $16,000,000 while my $3,000 turned to $0.00.

Both Terry Mc and Gary Winick should both be preparing to head to prison a-la Jeffrey Skilling- and Bernie Ebbers-style.

Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe has told business associates and Democratic donors that he will chair Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s (D-N.Y.) presidential campaign next year, according to several Democratic sources.

Sometimes, it feels as if God's smiling down on us. This, ladies and gentlemen, is one of those times.

She's doomed.

Ah, you could be right. He is really good at laundering illegal campaign contributions from the Chinese and others. Could be without McAwful they had lost even more.

I am glad your memory is good on the chinese connection and the Riadys and Bernie Schwartz (Loral).

Who on the republican side is incriminated to keep the whole thing under wraps? Maybe a lot of people!

Maybe Michael Savage is right - a two card monte.

I bet McCain. He is certainly doing everything he can to carry Hillary and the Democrats water. This latest stunt is designed to cost the Republicans at least the US House. Only reason to do that is if he is dirty and they got the good on him.

Global Crossing got some good bandwith contracts from the government. It was possible for someone to put $100K up and see their investments skyrocket but you would have to have some good inside info on a company.

So the first part of the article is will, then it goes to 'would' and back to will again. Do these people think the voters are that stupid?

Of course her Shrillaryness is running for President and just lying her oversized a$$ off to get re-elected.

McInsane will never be the Republican nominee. After this little stunt to throw the 2006 election to the Dems he is politically dead as a Republican.

Why would any New Yorker vote for a carpetbagger who has no intention of finishing her term as Senator?

It would seem that the MSM is trying hard to get their "dream" match-up... Hilly vs. McLib.. Either way the libs win! How much of a difference is there in McLibs politics then Hilly's? Yup, not much....

Any Freeper who would even CONSIDER voting for McLib is:

1.) Not a Freeper, but sent here undercover by DU....

2.) Brain Dead.....

3.) There is no third choice....
