It would benefit some of those kids, but the majority would be a liability--sullen, spoiled, resentful, foot-dragging, etc. Most military members are against a draft for just that reason.
Oh, I know...I'm just as frustrated as Rush is with "stoopid dudes"...my stepson didn't shape up until he joined the military...
