Talk radio is geared largely to men, and cable TV networks like Lifetime, WE, HGTV and Oh! are doing well.

Wow, no stereotypes THERE.

I listen to as much talk radio as possible, and I never watch Lifetime, WE or Oh. [But I fail to see how HGTV is strictly for women.]

Fuddy, we are Talk Radio junkies! Friends of mine have to rush home from work to watch Oprah & Dr. Phil everyday! Try to have an intelligent political discussion and their eyes glaze over. One exception, my neighbor who is an Independent voter, we can have a discussion though we my not see eye to eye on everything. She's not clueless and is throughly disgusted with New Jersey political corruption.
