Hey MNJ I got a question for you. What are the odds we could not get a jet fighter over to the Taliban funeral in time to either nail them at the funeral or shortly after? How long does it normally take to scramble a jet and get one over there and from where?

It depends on current fighter status and deployment location (ie, if live fighters are deployed on the other side of the country, then it could take 45min to an hour to get to the funeral..)
BUT.. with all this, I haven't seen reference to the fact that NATO runs the military operation in Afghanistan now.. I wonder what kind of red tape that caused....

Depends on what their status is. If they had on call air they should of been able to nail them no porblem. However, Afganistan is a NATO command now so I do not know what their command structure or ROE is. On the surface their is simply no excuse for not nailing these clowns.

How long before the Political Susicide Club Conservatives and the Junk Media talk this down? Wish I could remember which Freeper did the Gas Price-Presidential Approval number grap. There is almost an inverse releationship between the two.

There were some reports that the drone that took the photo we've been seeing also had a missile on board that, according to these reports could have been fired if the command had been given. But, I stress, NOT all the info is available yet. Keep your powder dry.
