TROP. I'm sure the knife was for peeling fruit.

"was jailed Saturday on $500,000"
How do you get jailed on $500,000?
They mean bond? A terror suspect gets bail?

Give him a break. He was probably carrying the knife for protection against all the U.S. personnel who are assaulting muslims. //s

Sheesh.
I hid a transistor radio in a book in the 5th grade. Even had an earphone jack hidden at the bottom.
What a brainless stooge. Must be a democrat.

He is now a legal permanent resident of the United States and was returning to Yemen to get married,
Wasn't the Jihadist who ran over folks with his SUV in San Fransico also involved with a go-home-to-marry situation?

"He said he didn't know where the knife came from," Ayad told the Detroit Free Press Yeah, I hate when knives mysteriously burrow themselves into my books too. Heck, my Ann Coulter book came with one already implanted in it when first bought.
This isn't related to terrorism, of course. Poor guy was just minding his own business when those mean ol' airport people unfairly profiled him.
Let's see how much press coverage this gets.

Ghanem was born in Yemen, a republic bordering Saudi Arabia whose 18 million residents are primarily Muslim. He is now a legal permanent resident of the United States and was returning to Yemen to get married, Ayad said.
Ghanem works as a busboy and lives in Hamtramck with family membersThis brings up some questions:
Why are we still importing Islam?
Why do we allow family-based immigration of unskilled laborers?
What kind of assimilation is promoted by allowing immigrants to legally "fetch" brides (ie cousins ) from back in the village?

uh do you have the correct link? that one seems wrong... Uhh, nobody told you. The phrase "Maybe Bubba can leave a stain on his blue gown" is a perfect one that fits any occasion, argument, or historical essay.

This suspect should be turned over to the Pakistanis for questioning. They possess some persuasive interrogation techniques.
