That actually happened, per good friends of Laura in Midland who had to go buy industrial chemicals and new toilet seats on the First Lady's behalf.
Laura is a bit of a germ freak and they were scared to death to sit on a toilet where either bubba or PIAPS had sat.

Hell, can you blame her? Sitting or laying ANYWHERE the Clintons have been could constitute an unsafe practice almost as bad as exchanging (groan) bodily fluids!
