Why isn't this in Breaking News?Extended News, certainly, but I'm not sure about Breaking News. Definitely close, though.

I agree on Bush's immigration bill. But it's much better than anything the dems want and if the dems win that's what will happen. I DON'T agree on Bush's immigration bill. In fact, it makes me sick to my stomach to even think that a Republican advocates an open border. And we have many of them... many of them here on FR as well.
So there is the rub. I am hardly a single item voter, but this just kills me. It's like finding the girl of your dreams and come to find out that she is a serial killer.
So, bummer about those Republicans this year. They spent those 12 years digging their graves. If they (we?) maintain a majority, it's not because what they did. It's because they aren't Democrats.
What a way to maintain power.
