Three boys, ages 8, 9, and 11, did a similar thing to my youngest dauther when she was five (California). Our great juvenile justice system doled out NOTHING in the way of correction to these boys. The parents also did NOTHING. So much for caring about victims in this state. We were provided with counseling for our daughter. The boys weren't provided with anything.

My most sincere sympathies to your famly and your daugther...I don't care who or why with that creep....nothing less than castration would/should have been justice served!

I am horrified to hear about your pain. At the very least, the boys should have been punished by isolating them in a special setting...and their parents should have been made to do some kind of restitution.
Out nation desperately needs a wake up call; otherwise we risk damnation!
