Seems like they could have picked a less suspicious vehicle. And what's the deal with the Patrolman saying he was suspicious because of a paper tag? In my state, SC, you are issued a paper temporary tag when you buy a car, while you wait for your tag from the DMV. Is this different in Nevada?
