If Islamo-fascists are this irate about using the term "Islamo-fascists," then how angry would they be if someone were to rewrite (as opposed to retranslate) their illicit Koran?

Steve and Olaf made it clear that the bastards didn't know who they had. My impression from the interview was that they googled the name "after" the fact. When they read that he had been the first journalist at the site of Uday and the other Saddam son's death, that's when they suspected him as a spy and told Olaf they were going to kill Steve.
The info about Steve being the first journalist there is in one of the early paragraphs of Steve's bio on the Fox News website, BTW.
