Consistently, Sam's Warehouse and Wal-Mart have the cheapest gas all over Texas.
I think they are technically owned by Murphy's Oil Company.
Sam's doesn't even have attendants about half the time. Just credit/debit card and your membership card.

Northern (occupied) Virginia - I've seen regular going down in the past week from 3.01-3.05 to 2.92-2.95. If I drive 50 or more miles west to the eastern WV panhandle or the Shenandoah Valley - prices are 15 cents to 30 cents cheaper a gallon.

It was $3.11 9/10 here in Pasco, Washington todayt. It hasn't come down much.
