You may find this funny, I heard from sources that one of the reasons Scott McLelland quit working for President Bush is because he wouldn't endorse his 'ma' over Perry.

I'm not sure that makes sense. Bush selected Perry to replace him in 2000. If Scott wanted to endorse his ma, that would probably have caused problems.

Oh, if you mean BUSH wouldn't endorse his Scott's Ma, that sort of makes sense, except that Perry was Bush's choice for Texas Governor.

He said he wouldn't even have run for President in 2000 if Perry hadn't been elected Lt. Gov.

There NEVER was any chance that Bush would endorse Strayhorn. If Scott thought otherwise, he's too dumb to be spokesman.
