DoD Finds Cruise Missile Defense 'Gaps'

If we had a reasonable defense perimeter effort being made... then making a big public deal out of the gaps would be the kind of thing that one would expect from the New York Times [ Hit us ...HERE! ]

But, the enemies and terrorists know we haven't deployed PAC-3s in virtually any port cities, or restored fighter bases to cover the vast expanses along the coasts.

They thus already know we haven't gotten serious post-9/11 when we simply cut back still more on our military bases with the BRAC cuts. This shortfall originated and persists for whatever reasons, from continued over-reliance on the Mutual Assured Destruction doctrine (yeah, tell it to Al Queda, Hezbollah and Iran ...they're quaking in their boots) to the shibboleth of being too expensive...then I would have to submit that the Terrorists and our enemies are already very well aware that we have "gaps" that they can fly through.

Thus only our voting public...the sheeple...are blissfully ignorant of the neglect of our defenses.
