My nano took a crap as soon as I got here, but Apple has yet to respond to my inquiry into what I should do with it.
(Since they do not ship to FPO/APO addresses, apparently I need to have it sent to a family member after repairs, then they'll send it here. *IF* Apple ever responds and gives me a return number, that is. Before the warranty expires would be nice too.)
My take is they are a neat convenience (I-pods) but don't expect any follow-on service if required.
