My prediction is that when Castro dies, Jimmy Carter will assume power in Cuba. He will name Dan Rather to his cabinet.

Jimmy couldn't organize a 2 car funeral,much less run Cuba.A Carter administration in Cuba would finally put that country on it's knees in short order however.
