Unfortunantly, if this conflict ends as things currently stand then Hizbullah will have come out the winner.

Hizbullah will never disarm. The Lebanese Army and whatever multinational forces trickle in will actually wind up acting as a shield for Hizbullah as it rearms and prepares for further conflict.

Very sad indeed.
