Well, Adam has been the commander in the north. Suddenly, Halutz sends Kaplinsky up north to be his "representative on the ground." Sounds klutzy and confusing to me.

IAF targets top Hizbullah official
Top Hizbullah official, Hassan Asader and an additional four people were killed by an IAF airstrike Wednesday morning in the Lebanese city of Masjara.
The four other people were said to be Asader's family.
