I don't think Iran has any nuclear weapons. The worst case we're looking at is probably dirty bombs or anthrax bombs fired at Tel Aviv on medium-range missiles. I don't know how Israel would respond to that kind of attack, but I think they would attack Tehran with non-nuclear ballistic missiles.

Another distinct possibility is that Iran tries to pull a big bluff on 8/22 and declares to the world that they have nuclear weapons and therefore nobody can stop them from enriching uranium. If they try a bluff, I think it will fail miserably. Western leaders and the western public know what's at stake here and we will not be easily deterred from stopping the Iranian nuclear weapons program.
