Nasrallah Declares Open War on U.S.

Hizballah officially declared an open-ended war on the United States last night during a formal pre-recorded speech of its leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, who said Israel was little more than a pawn in the hands of America.

Beyond the oratorical flourishes and psychological warfare, Sheikh Nasrallah’s hour-long speech was the clearest sign yet that he was preparing his own people for military setbacks, tactical shifts, and strategic changes, among them:

•--Nasrallah threatened to continue war against America and Israel even if Israeli forces passed the Litani River, even conquering all of southern Lebanon and even if they reached Beirut;

•--Nasrallah specifically offered a cease-fire of rocket attacks in exchange for an Israeli stoppage of its air bombardment in Lebanon;

•--And Nasrallah personally insulted America’s top leaders by name, calling them murderers, and claiming their faces were sullied with the blood of innocent victims.

“I declare that whatever happens in this war, Lebanon will not become American,” emphasized Nasrallah, pointing with the semi-clenched fingers of his right hand.

“What has happened in this war from the first day, and what has happened up till now —the killing, the massacres, the brutality—the responsibility for them must be borne by Bush and by his administration, the American administration,” declared Hizballah’s leader.

“And in our opinion, Olmert and his government are merely tools to be used in this war,” asserted Nasrallah, shifting the black cloak he wore atop his gray tunic. Then, looking straight into the camera, the Shiite cleric’s bespectacled face formed a savage sneer.

Your point really needs to be repeated over and over again. This did not begin on 9/11. It began with the Ayatollah's of Iran, thanks to Jimmy Carter. An american President, who instead of worrying about the american people chose to make world wide human rights his mission. From what I read he was disturbed by the human rights violations of around 3,000 people in Iranian prisons. He helped overthrow the Shah, an ally of ours, and now we live in a world of terrorists. Israel cannot for any reason agree to a ceasefire with Hezbollah, the only acceptable thing is surrender. Every ceasefire is a win for the terrorists, which emboldens them more. It must be SURRENDER OR CEASE TO EXIST!!

It seems they had that option a couple weeks ago. Their position must have weakened since then if they're offering that compromise now.

Hizballah, Islamic Jihad, Al Queda, Iran, Syria, and all the other cesspool groups cannot hurt us--unless, that is, we let them within the borders of our country.

Which is what is happening with our current disfunctional immigration system. Not only can they enter our country illegally through our porous borders, which the president refuses to do anything about, we continue to allow legal immigration from Muslim countries.

Until we face the fact that we have a trojan horse that can do real damage within our borders because of our failed immigration policy we will remain vulnerable to the jihadists.

Deport the pool of people already in our country who produce terrorists, block further immigration to our country from nations that produce terrorists, and be safe at home.
