Thanks, and thanks for posting the picture of one of the old trucks, I have no idea how to post pictures! My husband said it's a '52 or '54 GMC Apache.

Bill Pierce was a wonderful great man, we all miss him enormously. His funeral was the saddest yet most amazing funeral I ever attended. Hundreds lined up in the rain for his wake. About 60 different towns brought their apparatus for the funeral procession.

Could I trouble you to post one more picture from that site? The Co.#2 picture under apparatus photos. That's my husband's firehouse, he also has done all the tile work and carpentry in it!

A GMC Apache....thanks, I was curious about that truck. It's a real beauty. I imagine the procession was amazing...as it should be. If you ever want to learn how to post pics just let me or anyone here know. We would be happy to help! Nice firehouse....looks brand new!
