These are not foreign missionaries, although I would not put it past them to be scamming outside groups for money.
Probably. Which is beside the point that most foreign missionaries in India also "scam" for money outside India. By necessity their number one priority must be scamming, because, as you have pompously pointed out: India is a poor country. This "charity" is false and fraudulent, causes nothing but division where there once was not, hence the anti-conversion laws. Christian charity of this nature does justify Jesus saying that both the blind and those led by the blind will fall into the ditch. (Looks like Jesus was right)
The NLFT was aligned with Christianity. They had a split between the secular and Christians in portions 2001, which is probably why there are few news stories about them since.

Whether people are being scamed is not the point. The point is Gengis Khan accuses foreign missionaries of raping and killing and forced conversions without any shred of proof, just some inuendo that the NFLT are foreign missionaries. Everything I read about NFLT indicate they are local tribes people who had connections with the Indian Baptist Church at one time. Gengis Khan has also accused foreigner Churches of supporting the NFLT, again without one shred of evidence. Banning the foreign churches from doing charity work in India has NOTHING to do with the NFLT, but just a bunch of bigotry against Christianity. And you seem to be falling in that category.
