That is why Simcox has never sued the SPLC. Would you allow them to say the things they say about him about you without suing them into the ground if the charges were untrue? I would own them.

The court filings are a matter or public record. It is a fact
that Simcox was accused of unsavory actions. He can't sue the
SPLC over that and win.
