This is indeed great news that the locals are investing in fighting the terrorists, too, but I do have a question: where the heck is all this stuff coming from and how is it getting into Iraq? Is it left over from Saddam's caches of explosives/munitions, or is there a supply line we should be finding and closing off?

I hope they destroyed these munitions in place, leveling the structures.
