Peggy Noonan isn't a lib, she was a special assistant to Reagan. She wrote some of the President's speeches during the campaign. In fact, she wrote the wonderful speech Bush gave before the video presentation at the 2004 Convention, the one Fred Thompson narrated.

Maybe that's the cause, because she certainly has changed. Peggy, or should I say, Granny Noonan, has lost her zing. To be kind, she's become a regretful, sentimental milksop.
Having gone through that myself, I would agree with you. You really do have to keep focused on reality because the emotions can get out of control otherwise. You have to ask yourself, do I REALLY want to kill my husband or am I just in a hormone, or lack of thereof, induced rage? Someone evidently teed her off during the last campaign because she has been bashing Bush, oops, President Bush, ever since then.
