The crazy thing is that so many people regard the UN as a defacto world government. This includes many at the UNO itself.
These are the same people who can't tell you the name of the current Speaker of the House or the capital city of Tennessee.
But they can tell you Britney Spear's baby's name and the best strategy at the latest video game.
There should be a poll test before folks are allowed to vote. If you don't know the candidates and the parties they represent, you should be sent home with a voter education packet and told to wait until the next election.
The same with those too incompetent to push holes in a punchcard.
