Gateway has been a pain in the rear every since this whole thing started. They sent his laptop back to Best Buy TWICE................not once, but TWICE..............un-repaired. Then when I called them to see about giving him a break on his warranty (damage is not covered, only manufacturer's defect) because of his situation, they would not budge an inch; I took it all the way to corporate. Now they are giving him a hard time again.

I would never buy from them and now will stir any of my friends away from buying a computer from that corporation.
Not only does their customer service suck,but they are showing no support or compassion for our troops and that warrants a boycott.JMO.
