The Islamic fascist have declared war on the west. And I agree that this is a war against Islamic fascists. No matter what the terrorist supporters say.
Now is the time to get rid of them or we will have another Nazi, Tojo alliance that will kill millions in the west. Kill them first before they kill us.

Anarchist socialists are also the enemy. And they make up the bulk of the homeland anti-war movement.
They haven't held a riot, er protest in awhile.

If you don't identify your enemy you will never defeat them.

It's not so much as a time frame thing (sooner before it is too late) as it is a now or never thing. The political ideology must be stamped out as Hitler's Thousand Year Nazi Reign was.
If vestiges of this evil political ideology are allowed to remain, it could rise up again in 20, 50, 100 years.
No tolerance for it in prisons. No tolerance for it on campuses. No tolerance for it in mosques.
Peaceful muslims must purge the supremacist political ideology from their ranks.

Now, now...
We can't go around offending our enemies.
It just wouldn't do.

Just the name "Council on American Islamic Relations" indicates a person cannot be a Mohammedan and an American.

"Some say we're fighting a war on terror. That's like saying World War II was a war on blitzkrieg. Terror, like blitzkrieg is a tactic of war, used by our enemy," said Santorum at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. "It is not the enemy. "In World War II we fought Nazism and Japanese imperialism. Today, we are fighting against Islamic fascism," he said.
WOOOOEEEE!!! The media's going to be apoplectic. But they're in something of a bind. People will agree with Rick if they're presented with his statement. So instead, the media will denounce him as an "extremist" without presenting his statement, or they'll denounce him as an extremist while caricaturing his statement.

Nice to hear a high profile politician tell it like it is... FIVE YEARS after 9/11.
I'm sure that privately Bush feels the same way. I just wish he had the nards to step up to a microphone and tell the truth.

[The United States is not fighting a war against terrorism so much as a war against Islamic fascism, U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.) said Thursday.]
This is absolutely correct, and to pretend otherwise for PC reasons leads to foolish policy. President Bush has been guilty of this and it's cost him and us.

But, it's NOT against "Christian Extremists", Corey. It's against Muslim Extremists. If the Christians act up, they'll get slapped down. God knows our govt had not problem with going after the militias, whether they were doing anything illegal or not.

Not since, what was it, May when they got all the illegals out in the streets. Still waiting for the other shoe to drop on that.

Even my liberal Democrat husband thought that was a great speech! Of course, he still won't vote for Santorum. And the Inquirer buried it on page 3.

Bush has said it, in a speech on Veterans Day '05. Used the term "Islamofascism" for the first time publicly (to my knowledge). Made it very clear.
