"The obligation to protect civilians during hostilities is entrenched in international law.."Need I ask if this applies to Hamas or Hezbollah?
To: kronos77
UN human rights chief Louise Arbour suggested Wednesday that the military operations being carried out in Lebanon, Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories could be considered war crimes.Grasping at the Straws of Relevancy.

UN warns Hizbullah, Israel of 'war crimes' liability
Indiscriminate shelling of cities constitutes a foreseeable and unacceptable targeting of civilians. Similarly, the bombardment of sites with alleged military significance, but resulting invariably in the killing of innocent civilians, is unjustifiable. International humanitarian law is clear on the supreme obligation to protect civilians during hostilities. This obligation is also expressed in international criminal law, which defines war crimes and crimes against humanity. International law demands accountability. The scale of the killings in the region, and their predictability, could engage the personal criminal responsibility of those involved, particularly those in a position of command and control.

There really is such an easy way to deal with these UN cowards. Israel should make it a crime punishable by death for any foreign national to indict and attempt to apprehend any of its citizens. The U.S. should follow suit. See how quickly these UN cowards STFU when they feel their own lives are in jeopardy.

If these idiots had been around 60 years ago we'd be speaking Japanese.
Ms. Arbour, the ghosts of Curtis LeMay and Arthur Harris laugh in your face.

If Ariel Sharon was well, he would be indicet at once. He dared to stand up to NATO Clintons agression on serb Christians of 1999 calling it "Brutall intervention" and asking "Is Israel next to be bombed over Arabs in Judeja and Galilea?" Yes, it is.

It does, in fact. At least that's what she said on NPR when asked.

I've always had a little mental list of things I'd pay a hundred dollars to watch. Arnold telling the dufe out there in Californicatia he'd been terminated was one of them, seeing a major gunshow (C&E) six miles from the commie bastards in Reston Virginis was another, and until the recent Arkancide death of Slobodan Milosevic, the thing which was at the top of that list would have been watching the spetznaz rescue Milosevic and, if they could have shot the Hague to pieces in the process you'd' figure that was a $200 dollar ticket and maybe even as much as five hundred.
But the idea of watching the IAF level the Hague would be a thousand dollar ticket.

Ship this woman into exile in Lebanon. It would be a fitting place for her. Maybe omar and this woman could join force and jihad together.
