I do remember he was a Conservative Democrat and he really hated McGovern and McCarthy...My recollection was after he died, we had that huge snowstorm that no one remembered how to shovel. When I was in Chicago a few years ago, it just looked a lot dirtier than I remember when I spent my first 29 years there.
