Lebanese PM will take control of Southern Lebanon; the Israelis have been upset that Lebanon didn't control the southern border so this is good news, I think.

Day late, dollar short, IMO. Israel has committed a bucketload of cash in calling up reserves, and the taxpayers expect their money to be spent to good effect.
