I thought this could be a new thread for today. BurbankKarl's thread did well yesterday.
The CNN website????? CNN is doing the best coverage this morning...do you mean the FOX site? :)
Yes, Allegra, thank you so much for your wonderful information!
You stay safe- I am praying for you!

Back home to Tehran.

what did they just say on CNN about a missile hitting a civilian bus? Where?
CNN is doing coverage. Fox is talking about Wall Street.....
(And CNN doesn't care what conservatives think about anything anyway......)
I have the sense that this might be coming to a giant head sooner rather than later......
Was on a plane flight once with the despicable Wolf and 5' 4" seems about right.
The silver lining here is: if Iran is willing to give Hizbullah advanced weaponry, why would the World allow Iran to have nuclear weapons? Who wants to risk Tehran shipping one of those to Lebanon?
Great site. Thanks.
Last night I saw an interview (televised uncritical live press release) of some clown who claims that Fox News employees contact him about shenanigans at the competing network, so that he can publish them on his website. Hard hitting. /sarc
U.S. Embassy working on a plan to evacuate Americans...per CNN
I have no TV access here, so I cant comment on the CNN/FOX thing.
I was watching Fox yesterday trying to keep up with things, and I finally had to shut it off, they were flipping around so much from story to story other than the war.
I gave up on CNN years ago.
It could happen, ohio, it could definitely happen. I am praying for the Israelis, both for their sake and for ours and the world's.
IDF Soldier versus International Solidarity Movement
by Bill Levinson
July 14, 2006

"The following story underscores the fact that one IDF soldier is worth any number of International Solidarity Movement activists. Per Israel Opens Second Front, Reserves Called Up, An Israeli tank drove over a landmine, killing four soldiers instantly, with a fifth later dying of his wounds after trying to pull his buddies out of the burning tank. In contrast, the ISM activists who watched Rachel Corrie die could not bring themselves to pull her out of the path of a slowly-moving bulldozer. Maybe they were just plain yellow, or maybe it was even worse."

French Sending Troops to Evacuate French citizens from Lebanon
"In Iran today, July 14 is Appointment of the Prophet Day, a national holiday."
Interesting point. Another observation, for what it's worth is that July 13th was 17 Tammuz on the Hebrew Calendar. This is noted for four great tragedies that occurred in Israel on that date:
1. Moses broke the tablets with the ten commandments after returning to find Israel worshipping the golden calf. (1313 BCE)
2. Temple service disrupted. Daily sacrifice was discontinued in the First Temple three weeks before the Babylonians destroyed it. (423 BCE)
3. Jerusalem walls breached by Romans, leading to the destruction of the Second Temple some three weeks later. (69 CE)
It will be interesting to watch how this pans out about three weeks from now. August 3rd is the end of the three weeks. On that date, Jews mark the destruction of both temples and the condemning of the Exodus generation to die in the desert. There might be some significant events coming our way in the next few weeks.
The calendar info comes from http://www.chabad.org.
I'm praying too, Just. God will protect them...........it's a PROMISE. :)
