Personally, I do think the state of California is tracking people and groups and anyone who disagree with them politically(especially on the illegal immigration issue)and then labeling them as "terrorists". J. Edgar Hoover used this method for decades, most of the people on hus list deserved it but others did not. He even labeled the group "The Kingsmen" subversive be he thought the song "Louie,Louie" was and promoted drugs and corrupted the youth.
