Do not misunderstand critical humor. This is a Texas issue that we will debate and vote on. Outside constructive critique is welcome, but we have plenty of BS. The project may benefit everyone in the USA, but it will impact Texans. GWB does not run the world by decree, nor does Rick Perry. We will do what is right. Unless y'all want to waste a lot of time and money to tell us how "it would be done up north".
