Actually this is incorrect. The SC Court basically gave the Terrorists a life sentence. They say the Military can not try them. Part two of the McCain "Anti Torture" Amendment says they cannot have access to US Civil Courts. Even the Leftist on the SC this week acknowleged that the US can hold the Terrorists "As long as hostilities exist" which in this case means forever.

Way to go Leftist! Way to screw over your Terrorist heros in your desperation to vent your Bush hate! Pepetual Legal Limbo! A perfect solution! Let them rot.
