Except, this isn't what happened. This park is guaranteed to lose money on this day because attendance will be down and the private religious travel company in question hasn't agreed to "rent the park" as you say. If I actually wanted to rent the park for a day for a private event, I assure you that the bill I would get in the mail would be massive. This company is footing no such bill, and your characterization of this is hence wrong.
