"Lieutenant Dan. Magic Legs."

I cried then, too.

"Can you imagine Teddy Kennedy doing this soldier?"

Aaack! Do NOT put that thought into my head. I hope you really didn't mean what you seem to have said.

i saw this on the news here in Spain. (no it wasn't used as a starting point for an anti-American hit piece). Anyway, I was totally blown away by this. First of all the heroic soldier is about the best example of overcoming adversity and being a man that I have ever seen. And President Bush didn't look too shabby next to him. The technology of this blew me away too. amazing....but nothing compared to this man's heroic recovery.

I saw the video on the news Tuesday.

Heartwarming and tearjerking. God Bless that soldier for his extraordinary sacrifice.

Thank God we possess such amazing technology!

That's the way I felt, too. I LOVE this President, the soldier is amazing and the combination of American ingenuity and capitalism that made his legs possible is something else. That picture tells this foreign national everything she needs to know about what makes America great. God bless this President, the soldier and the country.
